		<description>Some of us really love their burgers. When it comes to burgers, you can choose between the good news and the bad news. The bad news: traditional burgers are highly atherogenic ( cause plaque in the arteries ) and are not suitable nutrition for cardiac patients or diabetics, on account of their saturated fat content. The very good news: since soy contains the same protein or amino acids ( the building blocks for protein) as beef, you can make a burger, just as delicious, and have one with plaque fighting properties. You can also make your own hamburger veggie patties using beans of your choice. Combining beans (legunes) and  unrefined wholegrain cereals will provide all the amino acids necessary for protein synthesis. Just remember to use fat free dressings or fat free BBQ sauce...and whole grain buns!</description>

		<title>Weight Loss / Control Notes: Look out for unwanted hidden calories, in all meal plans</title>
		<description>Place soy burger patty flat on a plate and spray a fine mist of oil on top.  Sprinkle the steak spices on it. Turn over and repeat.    Put a thin layer of the chopped onions and/or chopped green or red pepper, the diameter of the patty, at the bottom of a microwave or ovenproof plate. Put patty on top of this layer. Cover the patty with the same ingredients. Cook patty in the microwave or toaster oven. Frying with butter or oil in a pan is NOT the recommended cooking method for cardiac patients.    Insert the cooked patty and onions and peppers in the bun. Cover with fat-free BBQ Sauce or prepared mustard and a slice of fat-free cheese. Reheat slightly and serve.</description>
